I was gifted this little beauty. About 300 gallon internal (need to remeasure). Stainless steel inside and out. I was thinking vertical with shallow water pan. The heater mounted below with chip box/hot plate for smoke. My question to start is how to calculate the size heaters to achieve easy steady...
