Also is there a certain amount of depth into the CC that the FB should be mounted. According to the calculations the FB to CC opening is going to be 25 x 7. So if I go 8" up from the bottom of the CC should I go 4 - 6" in the CC with the FB?

Getting a little progress off and on. I'm going to cut the stacks, the calculator calls for 36.78" is 36.75 gonna work or should I shoot for it being a little longer.

I would not really worry about the weight of individual pieces. If you are going to sell them whole it would be easier for you to set a flat rate price that makes money for your fund raiser.
