Trays are 16.9" x 4.8" x 2"

Dave, Rotisserie Pork loins are wonderful. I have done a bunch over the campfire on a spit. I plan to have both a single spit and hopefully a 3 tray spit for ribs. I have a treadmill motor, chain and gears. I bought a AC to DC controller and a rectifier bridge to control the motor. As for heat temps...

Rotisserie for Offset Smoker

Hello All,

I would like to add a rotisserie to my 60 gallon smoker. I think I could get 3 shelves on the rotation. If the inside diameter of the cook chamber is 19", How wide should I make the 3 shelves. Is there a formula?

Hello, Been lurking for about a year or so. Just finishing up a offset smoker build from air tanks. Used the calculator. Made a Franklin style smoker, with an insulated firebox.
