Yeah I hear what your saying. Something like a half round at the top of the BP would get the smoke rolling downwards.

I appreciate the ideas and the help. Right now I'm not opposed to any ideas with this tank. I have some sheets of 1/4" coming that I plan to build a square reverse flow so this 60g build will pretty much just be a experiment and will probably end up selling whatever I build with it.
