Well I Smoked 2 Butts and 3 small packs of Baby backs. Put the Butts on yesterday at about 3:30 and the ribs around 4:30. Let it rip at about 200~225 and at 7:30 had some ribs. then at 11:45 the Butts were at 195 internal. Pulled them out to rest till 3:00 am. pulled the Butts and today its time to ...
