Ok I have a question regarding fire box wall thickness. I have a lot of sheet metal about 1/8" thick. Is this too thin?

New to the site
Hello All I have been looking at smokers for a long time but found they were a little too expensive for my taste so I thought I would build one. Purchased a 80 gallon air compressor tank the other day and now getting into the planning stages. Very happy I found this site. Can't wait to finish it!!
