If you cut the end off of a propane tank at the weld that was 37 inches in diameter how many gallons would it hold

Does anyone know how to figure the volume in gallons of a pit made from the end of a 37 inch diameter propane tank. If it's cut at the weld line.
Any help would be appreciated

I prefer to do it myself. its a lot of work on my car and I want to know what I'm working for goes to who I want to go for. I need ideas on how to reach the most people that would be interested. I really appreciate any ideas

I am building a pit for a fundraiser for a lady who has cancer I was wondering if you had any recommendations on the size and style that would be best I have 24 inch pipe all the way up to 40 inch pipe. any and all ideas would be really appreciated as well as any features the pit should have
