Well I ordered 15lbs Pecan and 15lbs Peach from Fruita...unfortunately the peach will not be sent until after the 17th, because its on back order. I really look forward to using a combo of pecan and peach in the UDS, something about that combo just sounds like the ticket to awesome Q IMO.

Thanks Rick... I doubt I'll build another until I can find a source for refurbished drums that do not need to be burned out. I really enjoyed building the UDS, but IMO burning out the drum was a real PIA.
