Getting ready to start another 250 gallon RF build. Was curious to some opinions on making one big door vs. two smaller doors for the cook chamber. Any pros/cons to either?

Those doors were cut with a torch. We tried at first with a skill saw, but it was very time consuming and expensive (blades don't last long).
