Cool, good to know. Seriously good culinary education there, I am sure. They had one in Portland, Oregon but it was just way too pricy and I don't think they offered any weekend courses for us amateurs. I actually seen a post on another site where a guy built an insulated rectangular box and housed 3 uds's in said box and had IQ110's on all 3, had the whole rig on casters so he could move it around easily.
