Trying a slicer that was picked up at an estate sale for $20.00 bucks. Might not slice well for comp but for home or big groups it will work just fine. Works great on the turkey breast as u can see in the photo.

I will be either moving to a Fast Eddy or a Backwoods or both haha. I have not made up my mind yet but I have to sell it first. No one took a photo of the 15th place brisket. Those are not our best by far but that's what happens when it's 105 outside.

Chicken took dead ass last and so did the ribs pork was around 20th I believe
