First cook. Some dogs and polish sausage on the cowboy cooker. A couple pork buts, country style ribs and a brisket.

Seasoning the pit tonight. An hour into the burn she settled into bbq temps. Have a litte more temp swing than I thought I might but I have to remember it is a 7' cook chamber. Temps are 10 to 15 degrees apart side to side. So far seems like it is going to be very easy to control. Draft is perfect. ...

Got everything bolted down and took it for a test pull. Eveything went great pulls fantastic. Straight as an arrow with plenty of tongue weight. Still need to finish grates on cowboy cooker and smoker. Wire lights, and plumb propane to grill. Thanks for all the support and positive comments.

The red is just a synthetic enamel from car quest I belive it is made by valspar. I use it alot. It is a good inexpensive durable paint. The black is Do it best high heat BBQ black. I am putting a 36" cowboy cooker open style wood or charcoal grill on the front.

Yes, SmokerTom I thought about that stack also. But I do have a damper between the CC and FB and a damper In the stack. I think I will also make a sock for the top of the stack. Thanks for the comments and help. I the process of hot rodding the bread truck. Would make a good tow rig.

It is a cover but I did make a griddle plate for a third of the grill and grates on the other 2/3.

Well went back and found a way to modify the trailer and was able to move the smoker forward close to a foot. I now have tongue weight and still have more to put on the front half. Thanks for the comments. I think it looks better tucked in also.

Yes were working on where to put everything. Trying to get a little more weight up front. Still have a wood box that will go in front of the toolbox, 2 propane tanks which will go right behind the toolbox, a eight burner grill, and the cowboy cooker on the very front ahead of the log box.
