I'm looking for plans for a proven vertical smoker design to take to our local trade school. Looking for something approx. 24 x 24 inside width and depth, for home use. Non insulated ok down here in Dixie.

I've used cherry a couple of times smoking ribs and butts, usually mixed with hickory. The cherry imparts a beautiful mahogany color and has a mild flavor.

Photos of Paul Shirley's Smokers?
Hi everyone! Frank was kind enough to refer me to Paul Shirley in Tuscaloosa for a reverse flow smoker. During my conversation with Frank, he mentioned that there were some photos of his smokers posted. Can anyone steer me to them?
