thanks not much sleep but alot of fun!- kinda on a whim and horse-assin' it. I'm trying to decide if I should rub homemade blackberry jam on it at the end or blast the heat to crisp the skin for a psuedo-cracklings effect.

Smoking a Turkey in a UDS

Frank Cox made me a smokin' UDS. I've been pretty excited about doing a turkey on it this year.
