I was thinking offset. Fire box in the back. Weld the lids down, create new doors. Chimney in the front. But I think the Fire box would have to be pretty big and possibly a new trailer?

I have been a long time reader. So much great information and a lot of talented people on here. Curious on what everyone on here thinks. 48in Diameter x 120in long. Converting this into an offset smoker? Pictures are what it is now.
