Deep fried smelt, rolled in flour with slap your moma (HOT) seasoning, with garlic an potato dipping sauce.
Then smoked chuck-eye steaks, with chicken wings deep fried for alittle bit then put in a a zipplock baggy
with slap your moma (hot) seasoning shaken till covered then put on the BBQ. :grillin:

Just ordered the plans for a Gravity feed smoker from SmokerPlans.net, my friend wants one of these bad.
Hope I can make it look as good as what I have seen built on the site.

I just order plans for a propane tank that Frank did not have on file. My friend wants one of the cabnets built for him.

I seen them on youtube, It has 2 cooking chambers you can use for low an slow or hot an fast it up to the cook
on which chamber you use for what. It is similiar to a Stump's just alittle bigger.
