Anyone out there build UDS's?

I'm looking for a UDS, 55 gallon drum, two 22" rack's and the ability to be able to control via my stoker. Anyone here build and sell them?

3 days and I finally got a materials list together lol. I'm swapping out the diamond plate for 1/4" steel covering.

Re: Gravity fed smoker question.

Looking over the plans for the gravity fed smoker. Does anyone happen to have a materials list? I tried figuring things up off the blueprints but I'm lost.

I was thinking about the 2" myself. I was trying to see if it was included in the plans for the smoker.

Gravity fed smoker question.

Can anyone tell me if the plans for the gravity feed include fully insulated measurements? What's needed for the insulation, etc? I was going RF but I think I'm going to switch to the gravity feed.

Square will be easier to insulate tho.
And that's where I'm trying to figure that out. Is there a way to figure out how much the difference would be with the tank vs sqaure?

I use a gravity feed clone that I built And the satisfaction of hearing your name called out of something you built is an unbelievable feeling. Thats the way were thinking. If its ...
