I know this has been asked a million times. But I am building a 250 gal offset and I want to build a insulated box for it. My question is how thick do I need the inner and outer panel

I can not find the video. But what you are saying is there are baffles between the fire box and rib box and the rib box is closed off from the main chamber? does that affect the temp in the main chamber

Yes but like on the bubba grills version it is open so it is part of the smoker and can cook also

New BUild Question

I am getting ready to build my new smoker and I am really wanting to do a rib box on it as well similar to the bubba grills smokers. It is a 250 gal tank. My question is there any way to control the heat in the rib separate from the main chamber or is going to have to same temp.
