plan on using a half circle for the fb to cc opening figures out to be about 6"dia the question would be if i welded the bp in solid and cut the same half circle in the end would that work the openings would be the same size it just wouldnt be an even gap across the end of the plate

New build 20 gal air tank

Came across two new tanks yesterday a 20 gal air tank and a 18 gal propane tank gonna start off with the 20 gal air tank I have allready stripped it down for the most part if you have any advice please share

Well here is the beginning of a UDS it is 21" tall from bottom to top of handle basket is actually 12" tall I think I need to do something different with the handle because I think it is to tall for me to be able to put 2 grill grates a top and bottom or a grill grate and a shadow plate what do y'al...

We'll finished, flat, point taste good seems to be a little on the dry side try try again not bad for first go at a brisket

Ok cooked a lot faster than I thought wrapped at 150ish cooked to enteral temp of 200 wrapped in a towel and put it in the ice chest at 3:00pm that was 6 hours total we shall see how it turns out when the wife gets home
