finished this smoker earlier this year. I have been meaning to post these for some time..... works great!

it is a fuel eater though. big cooker,, big fire box equals lotsa of fuel...

new build

Well it took a lot longer than planned (there was a three month interruption due to knee surgery), but the new backyard reverse flow rectangular smoker is complete. Bringing it home tomorrow, do a burn in and away we go...... Still plan on making a charcoal basket..... but ready for some good "Que"!...

Hi...building a rectangular reverse flow smoker, have a question on the firebox.... Which is better...A top loading or side loading firebox? Any one have a preference? I am thinking of a top loading...but my friend who is helping build it prefers a side loading...... dimensions will be 16x16x18...If...

in regards to the pic of the rotisserie smoker..
