Be careful in the 350 plus range...we have had guys with warpage problems at those temps. Nice to get it seasoned tho, now it’s time to use it! Absolutely. Thanks for the tip. Oh and the mailman came with some latches too. Put them on while test cooking [emoji1787].

Has been lit for 5hrs. Took up to 425 for an hour.

Brought down to 300 and did a series of steam cleans.

Just seasoned with vegetable oil. Holding steady at 245.

Draft is fantastic. Holds temp very well.

I’ll put latches on later today with some other small touches.

CC metal handle is temporary until I get a wooden handle.

You gonna cook anything or just test run the draft?

If I can get done with the racks and handle by today, I will run a test on Saturday with cook on Sunday.

I will finish the workstation next week.
