Re: Building My MINI GRAVITY FEED Smoker

Puff Per drawings on page 4, I came up with 595" including the door curbs. This comes out to just under 50 ft. My supplier sells the 16 g tubing in 24 ft lengths. I will pick up 3 lengths. I am also going to make the legs taller, so I can mount a shelf under the smoker for storage and a grease pan. ...

Puff, I also ordered the plans, have my cut list ready for frame, and should be able to start welding soon.
Good luck

Re: Gravity feed smoker plans

Wondering if you fired your smoker up yet? Are you going to use any type of fan/electronics? Are you going to install foldable shelving On the exterior. From what I understand, insulated gravity feed smokers hold temperature pretty close. My shop is all set up. Just waiting for Frank to finish gravi...

Re: Gravity feed smoker plans

Hello, I contacted Frank about a gf smoker similar in size to the stumps baby xl. Dimensions roughly 25x22x18.5.
Said the plans would take a couple months. I cannot wait to get started. Sounds like there are at least 3 guys now waiting for the plans.

Gravity feed cabinet smoker (smaller version)

Hello, I would like to build a gravity feed smoker. I have not ordered the plans from Smokerbuilder.com yet. My concern is the size of the smoker on the plans. I only smoke for family and friends, not more than 3 buts, or 3 briskets maximum. Has anyone modified or downsized the cabinet size, or are ...
