Yes to stack and inlet control on the temp difference between racks. We don’t stress over it, we use it to our advantage.

Used to be a guy on here named Nick, he was the king of beef ribs. OMG could he cook a mean beef rib.

If I didn’t live at SmokerBuilder HQ , and I had a patio, I think I would want a Santa Maria grill, and then have a pellet cabinet smoker.

Most of the folks I cook for like mild smoke, and I love the set it and forget it of pellets.

The pipe for a baffle has me thinking.
