Tomorrow I put 3 bolts 8.8 , I think they are resistant to wear due to the movement of the door ?

The hinges give me problems . With movement scratch very pin .

Style "reverse flow".
The basket goes into the side fire box.

The base of the basket of coal would do with round bars from 1/2" and the walls with the grid of the picture .

For grid would use a grid esplanade 3 mm thick.
Even for the basket of coal would like to use the same grid.
It is the right choice ?
