Pizza party

This was yesterday... decided we wanted to try our hand at homemade pizzas. The thin crusts were all done on the Holland grill. The deep dish were done in the oven since we ran out of room. Kabobs and mushrooms

Two kinds of chicken kabobs... Tomato Basil and Mesquite. Portobello mushrooms.. Which I grilled in that bowl with butter.
The salmon didnt make it long enough to take a pic :) it was SO good. I could live off salmon alone I think.

Pork Loin

Hard to beat...a simple pork loin. I read that pork is safe after 138deg.... I cooked this up to 160/165 and my wife still freaks out about the pinkish look.... I told her it was a smoke line though I didnt use my smoker so my guess is that the juice all ran to the bottom and lowered the temp there....

Holland Grills

I am a web developer.... Not a welder. So this is not about building a grill myself.... I think it's an awesome hobby or profession, just not something I have the skills or tools to do currently. That being said.... I love to smoke and grill food. I am also frequently short on time and so the conven...

Don't try this at home

Wouldn't suggest trying this on an ordinary grill. My Holland grill is designed to never flare up, so bring on the bacon! :) You could smoke like this though... Whole chicken and a turkey loaf surrounded by hillbilly bacon. http://maps.google.com/maps/api/staticmap?center=38.179976,-91.953859&zoom=1...
