2015 Ky State BBQ Festival

Going on yesterday, today and tomorrow. I got to meet Big Moe Cason, and eat some of his killer brisket! Quite a few big names here cooking. Mike Mills, Carey Bringle ect.. http://kentuckybbqfestival.com/ I know its kinda late notice... Ill be back there tomorrow.

Is the overall box dim for the cc 48x24x24? Then you come off the bottom 4.5" for the baffle plate? I love this smoker and would like to build one just like it, if it is cool with you?

Where do I start?

Ok. I want to build a reverse flow cooker. I am going to use sheet metal. I thought about making it like a hexagon in shape. I can bend and weld metal and don't have axcess to pipe or tanks. This is going to be just a family cooker. What size you all think I need to make it? Will the calculator work...
