This is probably a dumb question but which interior panel do you start with on a stumps clone

Anybody built a stumps clone? Just wondering which interior plate goes in first. Thanks all help is appreciated.

Yep had to redo the exhaust since these pictures were taken but she's doing fine.

Been watching this site for awhile, and to be truthful it has got me off my butt to get this GF built I want to thank everyone.

Thank you the more I've thought about it that's the way it has because it would be a bear trying to weld that in after thanks again for the input.

Been working on the charcoal chute and fire box I just have one question, is it okay to weld up the transfer tube before you put in the interior wall or is it easier after? Few more pics

Here's a couple more pics of doors am thinking about adding a cross brace in cc door about the height of where the bottom rack is.

Starting the fire box today any helpful suggestions would be greatly appreciated
