I was able to get a little work finished this weekend: IMG_0128.JPG IMG_0127.JPG IMG_0136.JPG IMG_0132.JPG IMG_0133.JPG I am sanding the lid both sides instead of burning paint off so not to warp the lid. As soon as I find two old Weber lids I am going to fab those to replace the flat lids. :kewl:

Well I have been looking, observing and I decided to build two Ugly Drum Smokers. One will be themed after the company I drive for and the other after my favorite tractor brand.
