Those are the best finds! I got a 30"x60"x3/8" for free on the job last year and built a reverse flow trailer smoker out of it.

I know it's belated but welcome to the forum! I'm preparing to do a double pan GF build too as soon as I get some time off from work. Definitely a cool design and really efficient

Welcome. You are in the right place. I'm starting my GF build soon using the double pan GF plans. From prior builds I definitely recommend purchasing if you are planning a build.
