DP BUILD SPRING 2017

Hey guys. New to the forum. Been building various insulated verticals over the past few years. This is my second gravity feed. Sold my last one about 4 years ago, missed it since. I made a friend that owns high tech fab shop, so decided to let his machines do the cutting on my sheets metal. I am a h...

Re: Door adjustments

I have experienced the same problem with weld on butt hinges and barrel hinges. Thank you all for chiming in. I like the barrel hinges smooth and no play. Just going to be sure that I install them correctly

I have done that in the past with the results I stated above. Didn't know if there were any other techniques. Thanks

Which leaves me tightening them even further. Any tricks or tips on how to get it to seal nice and even without having...

Re: Stump's Clone

I have noticed quite a few builds with the transfer tube / diverter plate running the full width of the CC. Has this found to be more beneficial than having tube with separate plate with grease pan?

Re: Round chute

Haha. Apparently. Thanks for the quick response. Is 2" tapper sufficient?

Round chute

Hey guys. Getting ready to start my second build. My first I used a square chute with no taper. I did have occasional bridging. was wondering if a round chute will illuminate bridging like a tapered square chute?
