So what I'm understanding here is like a 3 2 1 deal on the ribs... Just rub the ribs... Smoke for 3 hours.. Wrap and and mop with brewed tea...smoke 2 more hours.. Unwrap and smoke again for another hour... Never used tea for ribs but I do marinate pot roast in coffee before it goes in the Dutch oven

Rodcrafter so that price is per pice of meat and per side... So if I'm cooking 5 brisket... 500
10 butt... 350...and so on

Thanks Rodcrafter for the info but I'm still a little confused lol.. So the shadow plate goes below the BP in the cc an inch below the BP but above the throat opening about 18 inches from the fb to the end of the shadow plate... Does the shadow plate purpose just keep the cc heat next to the fb at a...

And even with that on the BP i would put a shadow plate between the heat source and the BP if I have room...


Rodcrafter could you please explain a little more about the shadow plate.. Where it goes and the benefits of it.. Thanks

We are extending the trailer a few feet but no don't know the gvwr on that axle.. I have access to mobile home axles as well as a axle out of a 26 foot camper.. Thanks for bringing that up
