Am planning a new smoker. The stack will exit the CC at rack level the opposite side of the FB. Is the stack height measured from the rack or from the top of the smoker itself? Furthermore, if I use an elbow, is the stack height measured from the bottom - top - or center of the pipe as it exits the ...
