I am building my Mini but a single pan might have been a better choice, any plan to do a CNC file for that? it sure made things easy!

Bought a kit from our host here, steel is laser cut, going to start the frame but not sure what the correct insulation is to stuff the frame with. Seems like cutting the hard board is not my best choice. What did you use?

I have wanted to build one of these stumps style smokers for a long time. I just downloaded my mini plans I am going to grab some tubing next week, one of my customers has a laser cutting service so i will give him the cut file and we will see how it goes. We have a complete shop here at my business...

I was about to pull the trigger on the mini but I am wondering if the single pan might be better, and plans for a cut file? The DP is too big for me

i'll get the bigger slam latch for sure i like the look. i want to make it bigger must resist that since the cut file is now available. I sort of wish the single pan had a cut file now. What do you think Frank??

I am just going to build the first one according to the plans with a couple minor changes. drip ...

So I decided to build a modified mini, I have a stoker I will use with it but I am curious how you get the probes in the cook chamber, I see them mounted inset on the front with a tube I think going into the cook chamber how is that sealed up ? Don't need smoke rolling out there

I want to build a Gravity Smoker but the Mini is just a bit too small, short really, How much can i ad to the cook chamber just by making it taller without hurting the design? Looking at maybe a foot or so for extra shelfs
