Ok I have a slight problem. Last night I cut the cook chamber door out. I cut each side all the way through and the top and bottom cut still attached with slag from the plasma cutter, hoping that it would retain it's shape. I had to cut all the way through on the top and bottom about 3 inches in fro...

Quick question. I'm welding in a 1 1/2 X 1/4 angle from the edge of the door opening to the back wall of the firebox to hold a charcoal basket. Do I have to worry about expansion of the angle pushing the door opening out? I could make the rear "float"
