Guys....galvanized steel, simply put, is steel coated with zinc. You can weld it, cut it, etc. There is noting wrong with it. When you put a torch or a weld tip to it the high temp oxidizes it and makes.....wait for it.....Zinc Oxide! Most experienced welders are used to inhaling it and some studies...
