What do you mean juices leaking at the bottom? You should have a drain in the bottom of the cook chamber that will allow you to drain the fat/juices out from the bottom when it gets a tad full. So I got my designs of Gravity Feed, Double Pan Smoker Plans from http://smokerplans.net and had a go.

Below are some of my pictures.

Everything went well except I have the juices/oil from the meat leaking at the bottom.

How can I prevent this?
