Thanks now I've seen the plates done with the angle itiron down the middle and just a flat piece of steel. Is that all just personal preference?

I've been lurking for a little bit slowly gather info to start my first 250 RF smoker. So if all goes well I should be posting my progress in the next few weeks as I get the materials and start my build. Looking forward to all your help and advice. TIA
