I had initially planned to have the doors run 32" vertically but that looked WAY OUT OF WACK..... So right now the plan is to have my doors 31" across (horizontally) and 25" up vertically...

The only thing that jumps out at me are the size of your intakes, at that size you'll need 4.5 of them to achieve the maximum recommended size. I would increase the size of them a little bit so you only need 2 of them and put one on each side of the FB so you can adjust them if you get a direct win...
