60 percent at best I think

I still got a heap to go , I want to make the cooking trays before I cut the door in , photos of other people’s assembly would be nice and very welcome

I’m about 70-80 percent throw my build ,most of my photos want load

It’s taken me a lot longer then I had wanted but it’s going to be worth it , so today I modified the frame to suit me ,

Thinking of buying this for the cooking racks ,

Door cut out and floor is in , I will fit the door and cut the opening for the tray tomorrow

Fb cleaned started marking it out

Door hinges guys can u give me a few ideas , please for the FB not fully decided how I'm going to do the door cheers

Clean and do door tomorrow, I got a old frame from a smoker today so I can modify it to suit me I'll take pics tomorrow

I got the roof on the FB , I'll clean the outside and then cut the door in , I got a old from from a smoker so I'm going to change it to suit, I'll do a sketch soon ,

So almost got the fb together just got the roof to put in then I can cut out the door , hopefully I can get that done tomorrow

I’ve started my fb , need to decide what sort of door I’m going to do , any suggestions ?

Vent placement in the FB how close to the bottom of the FB should I go ?

This is the system I'm thing about , but on the inside with a handle

Next is my FB , I'm thinking i need to sort my vents out before I go to far

I went back to work and welded the end cap and got the chimney stub in , it's going to be 2 piece not sure if I will put a sleeve in the stub for the 2 nd piece to slid on or a small flange on outside, I flipped it around for better welding positions

I got the bp and drain in , so I capped that end as well . I marked out my chimney its ready to go in as soon as I cut the hole out .

I haven't got anything done over the last couple of days unfortunately but still thinking about hinges and FB vents

Still didn't work , damn it . Well at lest I've started my build, still need to work out design for FB vents but will put togeather before I fully put togeather the FB and attach to cook chamber . Thanks Rob for the advise I have added the 12 inch heat deflecter and will put the np about a inch abov...
