i want to do a good job and don't have experience in this field so trying to take on your advise just second guessing myself , so today I cut the pieces for my FB and put in the heat defleter plate and end plate. Tomorrow I'll put in the bp and drain pipe.

So bp gap be 3.3 inch , and what do u think about robs idea about the 12 inch heat deflector plate ?

I'll be working in mm so I have been converting the measurements

So before I got welding in my bp just a double check please for my throat and np gap

So far all I've had time to do is cut and roll my cooking chamber

Should my baffle plate gap be the same square inch as my throat or height length ?

Do u guys full weld or stitch your bp in , I'm going to have a tray under my FB will I have to re work any of the measurements .

So this is my new measurements , I'll be using 1/4 in plate for the whole job and 5 inch pipe for the stack , should I go bigger for the bp ?

What's the pros and cons with the FB and stack placements ?? I figure I should bet some advise before working out measurements
