I found that the standard fan with the bbq guru wasn’t big enough. I rigged a larger fan o got from amazon and now it pushes more that enough air.

I work for Fastenal. We do LTL shipments from branch to branch really reasonably. If you can pick it up from a local branch, using Fastenal May save some cash.

I bought the CNC cut sheets and it came with all what you are asking for. I am sure Frank would take care of you. The cnc files were worth every penny though. Good luck!

Would it be possible to cold smoke on the DP without anything in the chute and feeding cold smoke through either of the ball valves? Love to hear thought from the group.

I am in the middle of a Double Pan build now. I have not repurposed any material and I have had the material laser cut. The material including the kit for accessories is going to run me about $1700.
