Food and smoker look great. With cooks like that I can see a double pan in your future Maybe, but with the added shelf in the mini I feel like I have so much capacity already, it would have to be if I decided to do it commercially. I can cook for 80-100 and I don’t have more friends than that ;-)

I love the dinner bell on your chimney cap - nice touch!

I wish I would have done that . It’s actually a dinner bell mounted on a pole in the background. It’s close enough to where I cook to be useful though.
