Well I tried it. BlackBerry and Apple. I have to say it was pretty good. I smoked with Hickory for an hour around 350. The apple cobbler was in the frying pan which was shorter and it seem to have more of a smokey flavor than the BlackBerry in the Dutch pan. I was gonna use cherry wood but it was a ...

Here is how I mounted my door. 8 tabs on the CC and 4 tabs on the door like a finger joint I think is what its called.

With that method, I had thought it wasn't good to remove doors from tank....I thought the process was to weld hinges on before cutting the final cuts on door?? I made my Door with removable hinges cause you never know. I always like the option to do maintenance later and try to think ahead on stuff...
