New Pellet Smoker

Post by Clover Ridge Smokers » July 13th, 2015, 9:36 pm

After building every kind of smoker under the sun, I decided to take a crack at making a pellet pooper. I'm happy to say it turned out fantastic but like any pellet smoker, you have to have a secondary smoke source to get smoky meat. Our comp team will be now be able to get more sleep instead of babysitting a fire all night.

We've tried a few different things and found that either using a mojo brick or a smoke tube offer great smoke with this smoker.
