Single Pan Insulated Cabinet Build

Post by Duncan86 » January 27th, 2021, 8:41 am

Has anyone built the single pan pellet smoker from the plans that frank sells? If so could you share some build pictures and advice on it. I am really torn between building it or the double pan GF.

I haven't saw any build threads for a pellet cooker in several years and I think they were designed from the builders imagination.

I haven't built the pellet, but I will tell you the food I've ate from pellets doesn't exactly come out like it was smoked. I would go gravity feed before a pellet popper myself.

Nothing beats real wood for flavor. Charcoal and pellets just aren’t the same.
