On what? What material are you wantingto use?
How about a picture as that is a pretty big door.
I just used 0.25 plate for the door and it closes into an angle iron frame to seal tight on my warmer box. Definately nothing fancy.

If you look through the build "Mack'' in the RF section there are several pictures of how to build a door with angle iron and plate steel.
Measure Twice.....Cut Three Times.
