Nice looking build.
I am Interested in your steering set up. I plan to put golf cart wheels on my patio smoker in a few weeks. The Harbor freight pnuematics I have on it stay flat...

Here are some better pictures ImageImageImageImageImage
It’s 2” square tube with 3/8” thick ears and I welded 1/2” black pipe to the spindle for the wheel to give me the pivot ind the inside dia. On that is real close to 5/8” so I used 5/8 all thread to make bolts because the shank on a normal bold does not fit and as an added bonus the all thread will hold grease a little better. As long as you line up the steering tabs at the wheel with the steering arm from your handle I just measured in a half inch and drilled my half inch holes then measured the center to center with the wheels “straight” and used some scrap flat bar to make the tie rod

Here it is with the cooking grates and the front shelf . All that is left is the fire basket, CC door latches, paint, and probably 10 hours of thinking what I can add to it Image

That's a nice set up on the steering, it looks like you put a lot of thought in to it. I would recommend that you add a drip ledge to the door to keep the grease from running out from under the bottom door edge and making a mess. I use a piece of flat bar about 3/4'' - 1'' wide welded on an angle just above the bottom of the door opening. The other thing that comes in handy is a paper towel holder, just a simple piece of round bar mounted under the shelf or over to the side, nothing fancy.

Thanks big T
I’m not sure I can do the drip ledge with how my shelve are set up but the paper towel holder is definitely going to happen now that you put it out there
