I had to redo my cc latches several times as the hatchets kept hitting. To date mine still rubs the stack I'm just tired of messing with it so it's gonna stay that way lol.

How wide is it on the outside of the tires?


Looks at a piece of meat and wonders how many ways can I smoke that.

Thanks, I don't have side access to my house so thinking of building a trailered rig with a narrowed axle.

So the first cook on the smoker went awesome!!! It held 225-250 with ease and was only using 1 split every 30-45 min depending on size. Only thing I might add is temp probe port since I let the lid close a little fast once and cut the cord in half. But I was more than happy with the performance of the smoker... I didn’t get to many pictures of the cook but but the smells and sounds were delicious. I will make sure to take more pictures of my cook coming up on Saturday. Happy Fourth of July all

All of the food turned out fantastic and we finished the night off with some fireworks and beer
