Yep, what he said. Looks good! :kewl:

:LG: Learned a good deal from your build! When you built your trailer, did you use the plans from the website?

No plans for the trailer, I bought the axel so I had the width for the trailer and just winged the rest.

Finally brought it home from my buddies shop, it pulled nicely which I was a little concerned about with it being a little lighter on the tongue than I like. Installed the cc door handle and the shelf, turned out well. Gonna try smoking some deer jerky in the wc tomorrow.

I guess we'll just have to wait for the q-view then... :D

Thanks for the replies. I didn’t get the jerky put on today but tossed these on. Definitely gonna take some practice to run this and I’m looking forward to it.

Those don't look too bad.....did you crutch them or just run them all the way through?

Used the crutch, was struggling with maintaining the fire and temp a bit, figured I needed a little help. They actually turned out pretty good.

50lbs of summer sausage, half with pepper jack cheese. Very happy with how the warming cabinet works for this. I’m was able to maintain temps from 110-180 with no problems. Here’s a couple pics for ya, enjoy the new year.
