Learning generally boils down to "Repetition or the avoidance of pain", some people learn by doing, some by watching and some just have to pee on the electric fence.
Whether you think that you can, or that you can't, you are usually right. Henry Ford
Man another awesome build and given away as a gift! I need better friends I guess. Just kidding. What an awesome build! Very clean look. It appears you have built or at least used both standard and reverse flow designs. I am asking for as much feedback as I can get on which is best. Anyone and everyone please chime in. Not afraid to fiddle but can definitely appreciate simple/fool proof. I like a heavy smoke flavor at times so I would like to build whatever offset imparts the best flavor without drying the sh_t out of the meat and with the most consistent and easily repeatable results. Hate when you accidentally do it really right once and then can never repeat it. Had been leaning toward standard flow but now considering reverse flow. Let me hear your thoughts guys.
